eVogued will only accept merchandise returns that comply with the following Refund and Returns policy terms and within the specified return timeframe. eVogued will reimburse the purchase price of the products only if all the following conditions have been met:
- Returned items must be received by eVogued at our Returns Department within 14 days of the customer receiving the item.
- All items on SALE are final sales and are not refundable nor exchangeable.
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unused, unwashed, in the same condition they were received. All tags must be attached and the original packaging included.
- If an item has a security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided. There can also be no marks or damage to the soles of the footwear.
- All returned items must also be returned using the original outer box for shipping unless it has been damaged.
- If the shipping box has been damaged, send us a photo of the damaged box. The box must then be replaced with the same size shipping box. Items cannot be returned using a previously damaged outer box to protect them in the shipping environment.
- The following items CANNOT be returned:
- Customized, custom ordered clothing and accessories or personalized products cannot be returned because they were specially created for you
- Beauty and cosmetic products, hosiery, lingerie, swimwear items, and face masks cannot be returned due to hygienic problems
- Jewelry cannot be returned due to its value
- eVogued may offer exchanges for certain merchandise purchased on the platform. Please follow the instructions outlined in our Return Procedures.
All shipments are meticulously packaged and inspected for damage or flaws prior to shipment. If any of your purchases arrive with manufacturing flaws or in a damaged condition, please follow our Returns Procedures.
Booking your return is free and easy. Here’s what you need to do:
Send an email with photos
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- In the Subject line of the email put “DAMAGE RETURN ORDER# (enter order number) or EXCHANGE RETURN ORDER# (enter order number)
- In the Body of the email put the reason for returning the item. For example: “Damaged-torn on the sleeve” or “Damaged-has a catch on the back of the shirt.” You can also use “Damaged-item damaged during shipment” or “Exchange-need different size.”
- Upload photos of the box that the item arrived in (one including the shipping label) whether it is damaged or not
- Upload photos of the item and where it is specifically damaged. Use several photos so we can see where the damage is on the item. Also use a close-up view of the damaged part of the item
- If it is an exchange for a different size or color, upload a photo of the item you are returning. Include its label and tell us what size or color you want instead.
- Place each item you’re returning with any designer boxes or cases that came with your order, back inside the original eVogued shipping box.
- Place the original documentation that came with your shipment inside the box, except for the Return Label
- Use packaging tape to close your package. Do not use Scotch tape or duct tape as they do not keep the box closed during shipping.
- Attach the Return Label that came with the package to the outside of your eVogued packaging. Make sure the Return Label is visible as this will need to be scanned by the courier
- eVogued will notify you where you can drop the return package
Compliance checks for returned products – Acceptance or Rejection
- All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable). Include all packaging, accessories and documents.
- Returns MUST be received by eVogued within the 14-day timeframe of when the package was received by the customer, or it will be rejected.
- eVogued reserves the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way. As an alternative, eVogued may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.
- You will be informed if eVogued reduces your refund for any reason. You may (as an alternative to the Vendor providing you with a reduced or no refund) choose to have the products sent back to you at your own expense. If you refuse said delivery, eVogued reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for the purchase of the products.
- If all of the return conditions have been met, you will receive an e-mail confirming that the return has been accepted. eVogued will then refund the purchase price of the returned merchandise.
Refund Times and Procedures
- Refunds are processed within approximately between seven (7) to ten (10) business days of our receipt of the returned merchandise. That happens once confirmation that the return conditions have been satisfied. Your refund will be credited back using the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the eVogued.com platform.
- Refund times will depend on the credit or debit card company’s policies but will normally take place within 14 business days. Times vary according to the policies each credit/debit card company.
- As an alternative to a refund, you can request a credit to be used on a future eVogued.com purchase. That request can be in the body of the return email.
